Analysis on Clinical Application Value of UF-100 Urnary Sediment Analyzer of Test Erythrocyte,Leukocyte and Effective Factors

Objective To analyse the clinical application value of the UF-100 urinary sediment analyzer about test erythrocyte,leukocyte,and investigate the effect factors.Methods Compare the results of UF-100 urinary sediment analyzer with DiaSys microscope.Results In the 1 000 cases with two kinds of test methods,the erythrocyte coincidence rate was 91.8%,the leukocyte coincidence rate is 96.4%.false positive rate of the erythrocyte was 25.5%,false negative rate was 0,the difference have statistical significancefalse.positive rate of the leukocyte was 16.3%,false negative rate was 0,the difference had statistical significance.Conclusion The coincidence rate of UF-100 urinary sediment analyzer and DiaSys microscope was well,the combination of UF-100 urinary sediment analyzer and microscope could improve the accuracy of urinary sediment test.
