Abstract
Objective:To study the operation method for acute complete acromioclavicular joint dislocation. To observe and sum up the efficacy of operation. Methods: Screws,Kirschner wire tension band and clavicular hook plate were used for the thirty-eight cases of acute complete acromioclavicular joint dislocation appeared from June 2000 to March 2006 . Summarized and analyzed the clinical data. Results: Among thirteen cases using screws, one case used screw internal fixation. Pull it out seven days later and it dislocated again.Try other methods and cured, excellent in eight cases, good in four cases. Thirteen cases of Kirschner wire tension band fixation, excellent in six cases, good in seven cases.Twelve cases of clavicle ditch plate fixation, excellent in nine cases, good in three cases. Conclusion: The methods above can effectively fixed acromioclavicular joint dislocation.
