Abstract

In a pH2.0 buffer solution, protein forms a green complex with CAPⅢ.Its maximum absorption peak is 685 nm with molar absorptivity of 1.8×105 L·mol-1·cm-1.Beer's law is obeyed in a range from 6.6 to 66 mg/L.The proposed method is applied to determination of protein in serum and peanut samples.
