Abstract
Domesticating method and foreinizing method are main strategies in translation of culture. From the perspective of the relation between translation and culture, the nature of translation is deduced. From the aspect of reading cognition, the strategies of domestication and foreignization in translation of culture are expounded in detail: first using foreignizing method and then using foreignization and explanation or note, lastly having to use domestication before the two approaches above are not satisfactory.
