Deepen Medical Education Reform,Improve Surgery Clinical Practice Teaching Quality

With the deepening of medical teaching reform,more attention was turned on the assurance and improvement of surgery clinical practice quality.In allusion to the main problems exposed in our recent surgery clinical teaching,we suggested some teaching reform expectations: ① Pay attention to students' personality(diathesis) education,bring up the mind of hard-working and study interests;②Strengthening essential knowledge,theoretics and technique especially the basic(operate) skills,has strict checking system;③ Carry out the measure of specialty teacher in charge;④ change the policy of undergraduate taking straight for master education;⑤ Students should be stratified management and classified training,based on the different hobbies and social requirements;⑥Further improve on teacher's comprehensive quality.Through the abovementioned measures,it will be possible to improve teaching quality of clinical practice,reach the aim at training the high-qualified medical professionals.
