Problems and countermeasures of the clinical teaching in higher vocational college under new medical reform

As a key link in medical education,clinical teaching is an essential process for medical students to become doctors.The quality of clinical teaching directly influences the quality of medical talent training.Problems and countermeasures of the medical college students' clinical teaching under new reform of medical and health system had been analyzed in this paper.The influential factors were various.In order to improve the clinical teaching quality continuously and foster medical talents with high quality,we should reform the personnel training mode according to job requirements,pay attention to the preclinical training for students,enhance medical humanities education and make the doctor-patient relationship better,educate students to deal with the relationship between employment,careers and learning properly,strengthen the clinical teaching staff construction and the management of clinical teaching.
