Abstract
In the new economic situation, food security especially the main supply of food security, is related to the stability of domestic food. The paper used Logistic model and empirically analyzed the influence factors for farmers, uillinghess to grow grain, based on the survey data of 265 grain farmers in Heilongjiang province, Results indicate that the grain yield, sufficiency of irrigation water to production, food subsidy policy, traffic convenience to food sales, reasonable prices were positively correlated with grain farmers' growing willingness, proportion of non-agricultural income was negatively. Therefore, the paper put forward some countermeasures, like to strengthen producing grain subsidy policy and increase the grain yield; to improve the conditions of grain production infrastructure and make sure that government investment of farmland water conservancy, road traffic facilities and so on; to cultivate specialized grain producer and focus on the limited resources to expand its scale operation efficiency; to probe into producing contract management system and promote grain framers' production investment.
