Abstract
The influence factors on farmers' grain storage behavior are analyzed in terms of farmers' personal and family characteristics,production-sale-storage-consumption of grain crops, grain market system and price, government policy and subsidies measures, and natural conditions and social environment, then a combination of factor analysis and logistic regression model is applied on the basis of survey data of Fujian Province to identify the key factors affecting farmers' grain storage behavior in the main grain sale areas. The results show that farmers' attitude and cognition, family characteristics, farmer's age, grain market, government policy, and grain storage condition, have a significant effect on farmers' grain storage behavior. Hence, measures are put forward to promote farmers to store grains scientifically, including raising farmers' grain storage consciousness, guiding farmers' grain storage behavior respectively, perfecting the food market system, and increasing subsidy policy support.
