Abstract
To develop a new method for determination of ursolic acid and oleanolic acid in Sambucus chinensis Lindl, HPLC was carried out on a Symmetry C18 column using MeOHH2O(88∶12),with detection at 220 nm,flow rate 0.6 mL/min and column temperature 25 ℃.RSD were all less than 2.5%.The average recoveries of ursolic acid and oleanolic acid were 98.32%±2.12% and 97.92%±1.69%,respectively.The contents of ursolic acid and oleanolic acid were simultaneously determined by HPLC.The method is accurate,sensitive and reliable to be used for quality control to medicinal materials of Sambucus chinensis Lindl.
