Abstract

The Communist Party of China is meeting new chances as well as new challenges at the beginning of the 21st century while the situation of the world is so changeable and unpredictable. As the CPC plays a leading role in running the country, we must bear in mind that it is very important to further bring the Thoughts of Three-representation into full play, be aware of the potential threats, enhance the ability as a ruling party, and keep the perfect nature the Party.
