On awakening of the party-in-power consciousness of the CPC and its significance to the development of socialist political civilization

For a long time,The Communist Party of China(the CPC) claimed itself revolutionary party.This kind of revolution thinking became clear comparison with its ruling position,and to some extent affected the political development both in practice and in theories.Only in about 1990s,Comrade Jiang Zeming emphasized the governing position of the Party time after time to enhance governling consciousness of the CPC.Therefore,the party-in-power consciousness of the CPC is aroused only lately,which signifies our higher understanding to the Party-government Relationship.And it is conducive to straightening out Party-government relations,establishing the notion that power is public-oriented,normalization and institutionalization of power' operation,enhancing endeavor to build the CPC.And it is conducive to being more mindful for potential dangers,promoting the development of the system of multiparty cooperation,advancing Chinese political civilization construction from both Party building and governance building.
