Abstract

The Communist Party of China faces three major tests of international, domestic, profound change within the party in the new century. The core of Three Representation is to keep advances of the party under the new situation. And only by keeping its advance can the party be in power for a long time, thereby guarantee the future of socialism. In the 21st century that is full of the hope and challenge, Three Representation answers scientifically a new and great historical subject such as To build what type of party and how to build he party . It is a great creed for the party construction in new period.
