Abstract

Corneal neovascularization(CNV)is a major problem after chemical burns and corneal inflammation.Pathological angiogenesis within the cornea can influence corneal transparence and induce the damage of ocular structure and visual function,which is leading cause for blindness.With the development of molecular biology,many studies make it clear that multiple factors participant the formation of CNV.We reviews the relationship between the CNV and the related factors.
