Research Progress of Anti-VEGF Drug Therapy in Corneal Neovascularization Disease

Corneal neovascularization( CNV) is one of common pathologic changes among corneal diseases,and is also an important cause of visual loss. The current studies indicate that corneal neovascularization is closely related to the regulation and expression of vascular endothelial growth factor( VEGF). With the research and clinical applications of anti-VEGF drugs,it plays an important role in the treatment of CNV pathological caused by cornea diseases. Here is to make a review of several methods of anti-VEGF drugs treatment of CNV.
