Abstract
Objective To study the clinical effect of doxofylline and aminophylline in the treatment of bronchial asth ma.Methods 100 patients with bronchial asthma who received the treatment in our hospital from January 2010 to Jan uary 2013 were selected and randomly divided into the doxofylline group and the aminophylline group. On the basis of conventional treatment, patients in the doxofylline group were treated with doxofylline, while patients in the amino phylline group were treated with aminophylline. After 7 days of treatment, the pulmonary function index and clinical ef fect of two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the doxofylline group was higher than that of the aminophylline group, with statistical difference(P0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reaction of the doxofylline group was lower than that of the aminophylline group, with statistical difference( P 0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of doxofylline in the treatment of bronchial asthma is significant and its the incidence rate of adverse reaction is low.It is a kind of safe and effective medicine and worthy of be clinical promotion.
