Abstract
Using epihomobrassinolide to soak maize seeds could enhance the drought resistance of maize seedlings. Under the condition of water stress, in seedlings treated by epihomobrassinolide the activities of superoxide dismutase and catalase increased, proline content rised while malonaldehyde content and the relative conductivity decreased;the photosynthesis rate increased too.
