Abstract
The ultrasound was used to promote the enzymatic[Bacillus subtilis lipase(BSL2)] synthesis of ethyl hexanoate. The optimum reaction conditions were as follows:n-hexane was 20 mL(kieselguhr 40 mg,aw=0.53),n-hexanoic acid and ethanol was 120 mmol·L-1,BSL2 was 100 mg,the reaction carried out in ultrasonic cleaner(150 W) by intermittent ultrasonic 50 s/30 s at 50 ℃ for 20 min.The reaction rate was 31.95 μmol·g-1·min-1 under the optimum reaction conditions, and other reaction rate was 8.18 μmol·g-1·min-1 by conventional oscillometry method.
