Abstract

Ethyl hexanoate was synthesized from hexane, hexanoic acid and ethyl alcohol. Thus, into n-hexane,0.15 mol/L hexanoic acid,0.1 mol/L ethyl alcohol and 0.01 kg/L lipase CLL adsorbed on a hydrophobic poly (styrene-divinylbenzene) were added. The quantity of water was controlled by MgCl_2,which was separated by reverse osmosis. The reaction was conducted at 25 ℃ for 24 h with shaking rate of reactor of 100 r/min.Yield of ethyl hexanoate could reach 99.07% in lipase-catalyzed esterification reaction.
