Abstract
Objective To discuss the effect of Dialectics TCM in the treatment of diabetes. Methods Selected 80 cases of patients with diabetes from August 2013 to August 2014 in our hospital and randomly divided into treatment group and control group, control group used western medicine treatment, the treatment group used traditional Chinese medicine dialectical treatment, compared two groups of patients with clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions. Results The total effective rate in treatment group was 95.00%, in control group was 75.00%, while the incidence of adverse reactions was 7.50% in treatment group, the incidence of adverse reactions was 20.00% in the control group, two groups of results contrast existed significant difference(P0.05). Conclusion Patients with diabetes using the dialectics of traditional Chinese medicine has significant effect, can effectively control blood sugar levels, to achieve the effect of nourishing kidney and spleen.
