Abstract
Objective To study the status and the correlation analysis of unhealthy dietary behaviors and the influencing factors. Methods A multi-stage stratified cluster random sampling method was used to choose 37 315 students from 63 junior high schools,74 high schools,33 vocational technical schools in Beijing.Use the China Youth health related behavior questionnaire to survey the students and analyze the correlation of the unhealthy dietary behaviors and the lack of physical activity behaviors. Results About 27.24% of the students often ate desserts,11.87% of participants ate fried foods every day;38.89% of students had food preferences behavior;17.55% of the students had not eaten or only eaten once fresh fruit in the past week.Multi-variable correlative analysis revealed that lack of physical exercise, watching television more than 4 hours per day or surfing the Internet were correlated with the food preferences behavior. Conclusion Unhealthy dietary behavior has become a problem in middle school students and is correlated with the lack of physical exercises. Therefore, carrying out health education early is important for the future work.
