Abstract

Objective Research UF-100 Urine Analyzer bacteria and white blood cell colent.Do urinary nitrite and leukocyte chemical analysis and the consistency of the results of urine culture.Methods Sterile containers used to collect urine specimens does cultivate separately urine,urine chemistry and urine sediment analysis do.Results Urinary nitrite for urinary tract infections to determine the sensitivity of 43.21%,specificity was 79.71%,positive predictive the sensitivity of 71.45%,negative predictive value of 54.46%,Accuracy rate for 60.00%;Do chemical interleukin of urinary tract infection to determine the sensitivity of 79.17%,specificity was 76.19%,positive predictive the sensitivity of 38.78%,negative predictive value of 95.05%,accuracy rate for 76.67%;Dregs of the sensitivity of leukocyte 68.75%,specificity was 77.12%,positive predictive the sensitivity of 44.90%, negative predictive value of 90.10%,accuracy rate for 75.33%;Do chemical and sediment interleukin GC can improve the detection rate.sediment bacteria on urinary tract infection to determine the sensitivity of 70.49%,specificity was 93.48%,positive predictive the sensitivity of 87.76%,negative predictive value of 85.15%,accuracy rate for 86.00%.Conclusion Joint use of bird and do chemical analysis to determine sediment Although urinary tract infection have not reached a satisfactory level,But can use its high negative predictive value of the characteristics of the test results of specimens negative screening is proposed to reduce the labor void.
