Abstract
The financial imbalance between supply and demand means that finance supply and finance demand aren't adaptive,showing that finance supply goes beyond finance demand or finance demand is less than finance demand.In our country the out-of-balance of rural finance shows mainly that finance supply is less than finance demand.The main reason is that the contradiction between the diversification of rural finance demand and the single-monopoly of rural finance supply,and the lag of rural finance reform.The main measures of adjusting rural finance supply-demand out-of-balance are that realizing the diversification of rural finance organization;allowing non-formal finance organization to exist in some order and government changing function.
