ANALYSIS ON THE GAP BETWEEN THE DEMAND AND SUPPLY OF RURAL FINANCE IN CHINA——AN INVESTIGATION BASED ON THE SYSTEM

Abstract

There is a huge structural gap in rural finance,which is mainly caused by the existence of the supply deviation of rural financial system.The government does not provide enough for the rural financial system which is to satisfy small scale economy's needs.In order to speed up the building of a new socialist countryside,china's government should increase the effective supply of the financial system and build market supply mechanism in rural area,further control the risk of the informal finance,then improve the efficiency of the system by bettering relationship between the supply and demand in rural area.
