Abstract
Rural finance is a key link that determine the rural economic development in Henan. In recent years, central and local govemment pay atlention to rural finance, many preferential policies have been implemented, and rural finance has made new achievements. Through analyzed a number of samples, we find that the financial supply and demand imbalance has not been fundamentally changed, and the new problems about imbalance between supply and demand of rural finance have emerged. The underdeveloped rural economy and financial capital pursues profits are the main reasons for rural financial supply and demand imbalance.
