Abstract

Successful development of water-cooled cylinder key components at home has important practical significance.The work principle of DM machine was analyzed.The design processes and manufacturing processes of the key parts of the water-cooled cylinder were elaborated.The key specifications such as rotation flexibility and air tightness of the cylinder were tested.The results indicate that the designs of the key parts of water-cooled cylinder are reasonable,and the manufacturing processes are feasible.
