Improvement effect analysis of nursing intervention on life quality of patients with chronic disease in community

Objective To explore the improvement effect of nursing intervention on life quality of patients with chronic diseases in community. Methods A total of 300 patients with chronic disease were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 150 cases in each group. Conventional treatment of the primary disease was given to the two groups. In addition, the control group received conventional nursing, while the experimental group received comprehensive community nursing intervention. After the nursing intervention, comparisons were made between psychological states, treatment compliance and life quality of the two groups. Results The score of psychological states in the experimental group was obviously lower than that in the control group(P0.05). Treatment compliance and life quality of the experimental group were better than those of the control group, and the difference had statistical significance(P0.05). Conclusion The implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with chronic disease in community can effectively improve the patients' psychological states, enhance their treatment compliance, and provide a significant improvement in their life quality.
