Abstract
Objective:To investigate the correlation of myocardial enzymes level and neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy(HIE) and asphyxia-related brain damage.Methods:62 cases of HIE in author’s hospital hospitalized children as research subjects,were divided into HIE mild group with 20 cases, HIE moderate group with 24 cases, HIE severe group with 18 cases,and selected the same period 30 cases of normal full-term newborns as a healthy control group,measured the myocardial enzymes and NES of each group,comparative analysis of its relationship with neonatal HIE.Results:The myocardial enzymes related indicators (AST,CK,CK-MB,LDH,α-HBDH) and the NES level between each group was statistically significant differences(P0.05),the more severe the disease,the higher the myocardial enzymes related indicators (AST,CK,CK-MB,LDH,α-HBDH) and the NES level.Conclusion:HIE newborn monitoring of serum myocardial enzyme levels can determine early damage and the status of myocardial injury and myocardial enzymes detection is simple,it is worth on the application in clinical work.
