Study of Development Strategies for China's Cold Chain Logistics Enterprises from the Perspective of Service Outsourcing

From the perspective of service outsourcing,some urgent problems must be resolved to develop and improve an enterprise.In particular,enterprises are small in terms of scale that have to focusing only on services concerning transportation,storage,and distribution;operation modes of these enterprises are traditional,information technology rarely used;management falls behind with incomplete standards;professionals in cold chain logistics remain in short supply.To accelerate the development of Chin's cold chain logistics enterprises,the government must strengthen the support and supervision of these enterprises;the enterprises shall transform the management patterns by using modern information technology;the government and industrial associations shall complete and introduce relative standards to build a cold chain logistics system;management and technical talents in this area must be cultivated in many ways.
