Abstract

Logistics outsourcing has become the basic model of logistics operation in industrial-commercial enterprises.How to access to a high level logistics services in a low-cost and how to respond to customer demands in the shortest time and finally gain maximum profits are the goal that industrial-commercial enterprises have always pursued.This paper analyzes the reasons,the interests and the principles by which industrial-commercial enterprises select the third-party logistics.
