Abstract

Evaluation of teaching quality is a very important assessment to teachers,but teaching quality has some factors which can't be calculated quantificationally.Using Analytic Hierarchy Process can obtain good results.This paper introduces the Analytic Hierarchy Process,and establishes a good guideline system for the evaluation of teaching quality based on its methods and principles.
