Innovation and practice of software engineering's talent training mode

In view of the existing problems of talents training in software engineering in higher vocational colleges,a training mode of high skilled talents was established through setting talent training targets,constructing curriculum systems and cloud teaching platform,as well as enhancing the construction of practice teaching bases and teaching staff.An employment-oriented,IT-based,skill training-centered and aimed-at-project-experience mode is constructed for training high-skilled talents in software engineering.The practice has proves that it effectively promotes talent training and student employment.
