Practice and Reform of Software Talent Training Mode in High Vocational College

With the reference of software talent training mode of foreign countries and accurate orientation of the software talent training objective in high vocational college,the idea of cooperation between college and enterprise can be practiced into teaching reform.This paper probes into the new mode of software talent training from the aspects of school-business training bases in and out of the school,enterprise specialty courses,reform of the software curriculum,development of school-business cooperative textbooks and the construction of a software teaching team.
