Research on The Training Mode of Software Occupation Talent Based on Double New Talent Planning

Abstract

In order to improve the quality of teaching in schools and meet the enterprise demand for skilled software talents,this paper explores software talents training mode.Taking Nanchang University Gongqing College of software talents training as the research background,it briefly overviews of basic concept and content of double new talent plan;analyzes the demand for software talents,software development personnel employment market phenomenon and the present situation and the existence question current university software talents training mode;and combined with the concept of training new personnel plan,and designing software talents Training scheme based on double new talent plan,explains the validity and the feasibility of the scheme.
