The Slight Exploration between Zen Master Yu and Buddhism

Abstract

Zen Master Yu which created by Xu Wei has obviously been influenced by Buddhism.However,the specific terms,which have received or sectarian Buddhist influence,how it affects,many scholars did not elaborate.Through the study of Xu Wei's whole life,interpretation of the text in the script,we can find the impact of Buddhist sutra which is very popular in Ming dynasty as Surangama-samadhi-sutra from the content to the theme,and also contains the author's thought of Zen and Philosophy of Heart
