TCM with Western Medicine Treatment of Early Diabetic Nephropathy

Objective:To observe the Bushen Yuan Tang in Treating the clinical efficacy of early diabetic nephropathy.Methods:60 cases were randomly divided into two groups,in the conventional control diet,blood sugar,blood pressure,based on the control group was given Fuxinpuli oral treatment,the treatment group in the control group on the basis of granting Bushen Yuan Tang,observation 3 months.Results:In control group,the total efficiency of 56.67%,treatment group,the total efficiency of 83.33%,a significant difference between the two groups (P0.05).Fuxinpuli combination with Bushen Motoyu significantly elevated in patients with diabetic nephropathy reduces urinary protein,plasma albumin and the role of Bushen Yuan Tang also lower blood cholesterol and triglycerides such as the role of Fuxinpuli then there is no such effect,the two combined in patients with diabetic nephropathy have reduced the role of serum creatinine.Conclusion:Bushen Motoyu by raising plasma albumin in patients with diabetic nephropathy and reduce the role of urine protein and lower blood lipids,serum creatinine reduce glomerular damage,delay decreased renal function improved in patients with diabetic nephropathy and efficient clinical.
