Current Status and Strategies of Balanced Development in Compulsory Education in Henan Province

The ballanced development in compulsory education is the trend of education in the world and the core idea and concept of modern education.In recent years,the government of Henan Province is promoting and practising compulsory education.Based on the interpretation of compulsory education in Henan Province profile from the dimension of the scientific concept of development,this paper puts forward some strategies such as clarifying teaching objectives,continuing to increase investment in education and reasonable adjustment to the campus layout,all-round implementation of a quality nature of teaching in a more systematic manner,hoping to guide all levels of government in Henan Province to effectively formulate and implement policies in order to gradually reach a situation of balanced development between urban and rural areas,towns,and schools.
