Discussing about the Legal Protection of Civil Privacy

The degree of protection of civil privacy is a sign of the development of law and civilization.With the progress and development of the social,the awareness of legal protection of the civil privacy is growing little by little.Countries around the world have made the relevant legislation.On the protecting privacy of citizens,however,China's legal protection of citizens privacy compared with other countries there are still some defects.The right to the crime,not procedural law gives citizens the right to privacy prosecution,the network law does not effectively protect citizens privacy.In order to effectively reduce the privacy of disputes among citizens,to better curb the trend of violations of civil privacy,we should be legislative and judicial aspects of China's legal protection of citizen privacy-related measures.
