Abstract

Each natural person has his own privacy. The legal protection of right of privacy reflects the advancement of society. From the origin, the current legislative situation of right of privacy protection and corresponding legal conflict, with the multi-ways of information transmission,esp.the World Wide Web Era approaching, the article cites the necessity of privacy in drafting Civil Law Code of China.
