Therapeutic Analysis of the Combined Thrombin and Omeprazole on Bleeding after Stomach big Excision

Abstract

Objective: To observe the therapeutic efficacy of the combined thrombin and omeprazole on bleeding after Stomach big excision.Methods: 90 cases were divided into the control group(omeprazole) and the combined treatment group(thrombin and omeprazole).After 7days of the treatment,the changes of haematemesis and accompanying signs and symptoms were observed.Results: The total effective rates of combined treatment group(98.3%) was significantly higher than that of control group(84.8%),the difference was significant(P 0.05).Conclusions: The combined treatment was better in treating bleeding after Stomach big excision.
