Curative Effect Analysis with Omeprazole Injection Treatment of Gastric Ulcer Bleeding

Objective To study the injection with omeprazole in the treatment of gastric ulcer hemorrhage curative effect. Methods 110 cases of peptic ulcer hemorrhage patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,the observation group was given 40 mg + saline injection with omeprazole 100 ml static drop,2 times a day for 3 days. The control group given cimetidine 800 ~ 1200 mg of static drop,1 times a day,3 days for a course of treatment. After the treatment curative effect evaluation and review of gastroscope. Results The treatment group omeprazole effective rate of 90. 9%,cimetidine group treatment effective rate of 76. 4%,compared statistically significant( P 0. 05). Omeprazole group of ulcer healing the total effective rate was 85. 5%,and cimetidine group total effective rate was 65. 5%,two groups of ulcer healing total effective rate is statistically significant( P 0. 05). Conclusions Omeprazole for injection treatment of gastric ulcer hemorrhage curative effect is distinct,significantly improve the ulcer healing,is an effective drug for treatment of gastric ulcer bleeding,worth clinical promotion.
