Abstract
Objective To study the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect of yolk-oil. Methods Analgetic experiment was carried by the model of hot plate test and acetic acid induced writhing test. Results In the hot plate test of mice, after the mice were administrated daily for three days. The high dose of yolk-oil can obviously raising the pain threshold after administration 130min(P 0.05);In the writhing test of mice,Jingwanhong, the high dose and middle dose and the low dose of yolk-oil can significantly reduce writhing index than that the normal saline(P 0.05). Conclusion Yolk oil has significant analgesic effect.
