Abstract

Objective:To investigate the relationship between fibrosis pathology and the levels of CTGF,TGF-β1 gen expressions in liver tissues. Methods:All rats were given subcutaneous injection of pig serum after 16 weeks, the degrees of fibrosis was detected by histopathology under optical microscopy. The expressions of CTGF,TGF-β1 were measured by immunochemical techniques. Results:The model group had shown typical hepatic fibrosis. The expressions of TGF-β1,connective tissue growth factor increased obviously. Conclusion:The study indicates that TGF-β1 and CTGF accelerate the development of experiment liver fibrosis.
