Curative effects of flupentixol and melitracen tablets combined with protecting medicament of gastric mucosa on the treatment of chronic gastritis

Objective To discuss intervention efficacy of flupentixol and melitracen tablets on anxious and depressed mood combined with protecting medicament of gastric mucosa in the treatment of chronic gastritis.Methods 128 cases with chronic gastritis were divided randomly into observation group and control group during July 2010 to August 2011,64 cases for each group.The control group was treated with the hydrotalcite chewable tablets 1.0 g,3 times a day.The observation group was on the basis of the treatment of the control group and added the antidepressant flupentixol and melitracen tablets 10.5 mg for each time,once foreach morning.The two groups were treated for 4 weeks.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.75%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 82.81%.There was significant difference between the groups(P 0.05).Conclusion The flupentixol and melitracen tablets which interfere in anxious and depressed mood can enhance the therapeutic effect remarkably,combined with the hydrotalcite chewable tablets is an effective and safe choice in treating chronic gastritis.
