Curative effect observation of flupentixol and melitracen tablet combined with Wuling capsule in the treatment of neurosis

Objective To observe the efficacy of flupentixol and melitracen tablet combined with Wuling capsule in the treatment of neurosis. Methods 180 cases of patients confirmed to the diagnostic criteria of neurosis were randomly divided into control group and combined group.Flupentixol and melitracen tablet was used in control group,flupentixol and melitracen tablet combined with Wuling capsule were used in combined group.The improve situation of neurasthenia symptom,depression and anxiety,sleep quality in two groups was observed after 1,2,4-week of treatment respectively. Results After 2,4-week of treatment,the improve situation of neurasthenia symptom in combined group was better than that in control group respectively,with statistical difference(P0.05).After 4-week of treatment,total effective rate of depression treatment in combined group was higher than that in control group(P0.05).After 1,2,4-week of treatment,sleep quality score in combined group was compared respectively,with statistical difference(P0.05). Conclusion Flupentixol and melitracen tablet combined with Wuling capsule can improve neurologic disease and the depression situation in patients with neurasthenia,improve the quality of sleep.Its long-term effect is better than the single with flupentixol and melitracen tablet.
