Also Remark on the Henan Dialect Words in the Novel ——Discussing with Mr.ZHANG Sheng-han

As a rare material for studying the dialect of Henan province in the 18th century,The Light at the Cross-way is a well-known novel.Mr.ZHANG Sheng-han of Henan University has studied the dialect words of Henan province in it and got certain achievements.However,there are also certain viewpoints of his are worth being discussed with.Here,we take out some examples and analyze them with the present sound and meaning.It will not only be the supplements of the word explanation of that novel,but also benefit the study of the modern Han national dialect.
