With the wide use of the Internet,the protection of the virtual property is more and more important. However, from many cases, we can see the lack of responding law leads to the poor protection. Based on the research of character of virtual property, virtual property is also the property protected by Constitution Law. Therefore the effective way is the protection of constitution at a high level, and supported by the branch laws from each own standpoint.
