Abstract

Virtual property become more and more important with the rapid development of science and technology.Virtual property possesses traits that differ from traditional property.Hence there is a heated debate on these issues and the reality of lagged behind legislation on this respect.Some cases related to virtual assets are hanging without resolutions.There is urgent need for the emergence of virtual property protection law,with which to form a much more ordered virtual sphere.
