Abstract

Behind the flourishing of online game industry,the ownership of property is in the growing controversy.The protection of property is facing two major barriers: First,the existing law does not clearly defined;second,it is difficult to determine its true value by judicial practice.It is not only necessary but also of great significance for the protection of property that to design virtual role of legal persons and establish hybrid property rights system focusing on it,at the same time,improve the associated laws and regulations.
