Abstract

As the limitations of planning in the environmental protect of medium and small towns,a series of environmental problems occurred during the period of development.Based on environmental development objectives of water,solid waste and sound,environmental protection measures of medium and small towns has been taken.After the characteristics of the environment protection legislation is analyzed,the basic idea of how to improve the environmental legislation is proposed.
