Abstract

Since 1993,English teaching materials for minority college students of preparatory course have undergone two sta- ges.Some problems still exist in the present teaching materials published first in 2006.According to the demand of the English syllabus for these students,the problems in the respects of vocabulary,reading,listening and speaking in the recommended textbooks should be put into consideration and improvement is needed.
